PRICE PER PERSON: 17,000 Japanese yen per person for two nights at the hotel
All Meals and Transportation to and from Sendai Airport will be provided.
Please exchange money and be prepared to pay Billy with Japanese yen upon arrival at the hotel on September 14.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please plan on arriving at Sendai Airport by 15:00 Japan Time on Saturday, September 14, 2024. Someone will pick you up by car at 15:00 at Sendai Airport to take you to the hotel. You will probably not be able to fly directly to Sendai. The most likely scenario will be for you to transit through Haneda or Narita airport. Please secure your own flights to and from Sendai Airport beforehand. (When your flights are secured, please email your flight schedule to Billy at lml_mtob@hotmail.com.
2. Twin rooms at the hotel have been tentatively reserved until June 16, 2024. To reserve a room, please register below by JUNE 16.
3. On Monday, September 16, transportation will be provided to Sendai Airport by 16:00 at the earliest. Please personally secure any necessary flights and lodging required to get home.

If you need to stay extra nights in Japan, Billy can help you secure lodging on September 13 or 16 near Sendai Airport (or wherever). To reserve extra nights, please get in touch with Billy at lml_mtob@hotmail.com with all the details and preferences. Billy will communicate with you, and you can pay him in Japanese yen on September 14 for the extra night(s).
